Leadership History

As a 4th generation automotive aftermarket professional, I take great pride in transforming data into actionable practices that have helped my peers succeed in their roles. Along the way, I mastered the fundamentals of category management, buying, retail marketing & event planning and store inventory operations. Still, one knowledge gap preoccupied me— the quality of decision-making that restricted my stakeholders’ fullest potential. While everyone has data, how were they thinking about using it to make their lives easier?

When an opportunity struck in 2016, I launched and managed an advisory company that enabled me to address this issue. Also, that same year, I entered trade journalism. It fueled my passion for research and interviewing people of every background, which in turn rewarded me with a digital platform to inform and inspire thousands of readers about the value of evidence-based management practices.

I hold an active membership with the Auto Care Association trade group and have a keen interest in the Market Intelligence and Category Management Committees. I penned more than 50 articles for Aftermarket Business World Magazine. Combined, these efforts have nurtured a vast network of connections and thought leaders to bind partnerships in meaningful ways.
